The Nancy Reagan Rose



The Nancy Reagan Rose, appropriately, stands next to the
Ronald Reagan Rose in the GOP Restaurant Rose Garden.
Its firm but delicate peach color is very much a reflection of
Mrs. Reagan.  We saw her firmness during President Reagan's
political career, nobody messed with her Ronnie without risking the
wrath of Nancy.  Later on, as the President's health deteriorated,
we saw the soft and loving side of Mrs. Reagan as she cared for
him.  It is a classic American love story. 

The Nancy Reagan Rose was one of the very first roses the
GOP Restaurant planted in its rose garden and she will forever remain

The GOP Restaurant's First Lady.
