The Tim Russet Potato

This is a classic twice-baked potato with a bit of a GOP
Restaurant twist.
We mix in bacon, chives, cheese and sour cream, but rather than simply
mashing
the potato, we use a ricer instead. Not only does this add a
unique texture,
but it also allows the chefs in our kitchen to tell the potato before
they rice it to

"Meet the Press"
As an added bonus in recognition of Tim Russeert's mis-guided loyality
to the Buffalo Bills, we'll also include a side order of Buffalo
Wings.
Wrapped in the colors of the Denver
Broncos of course.
