The Tim Russet Potato



This is a classic twice-baked potato with a bit of a GOP Restaurant twist.
We mix in bacon, chives, cheese and sour cream, but rather than simply mashing
the potato, we use a ricer instead.  Not only does this add a unique texture,
but it also allows the chefs in our kitchen to tell the potato before they rice it to

As an added bonus in recognition of Tim Russeert's mis-guided loyality
to the Buffalo Bills, we'll also include a side order of Buffalo Wings. 
Wrapped in the colors of the Denver Broncos of course.
